About Us

Lazy Days is situated just outside the main town, so you can have peace and quiet but are still close to enjoy the buzzing nightlife. You are just a stone’s throw from two of Newquay’s best beaches. For the less energetic there is Tolcarne Beach. Where you can just chill. Or for the adrenaline junkie there is Lusty Glaze Adventure Centre. Where you can try your hand at a variety of activities like abseiling, rock climbing, coasteering or face the mighty zip line - one of Europe's longest and fastest! Or if you fancy getting wet, head over to Watergate Bay where you can get involved with kite boarding, surfing, body boarding, wave ski. Or if you are a land lover try mountain boarding or the kite buggies.

With a large selection of local amenities just around the corner all your needs are provided for.

Sue and Tom will give you a warm welcome to this uniquely designed guest house.  Where Ultra modern is mixed with authenticity. Contemporary is mixed with Cornish artistry. Whatever your taste you will find it in Lazy Days Guest House.

By Road

From the A30, take the A392 (signposted "Newquay")
At Quintrell downs roundabout take the right hand turn A3058 (Signposted "Porth") Follow around past the the BP garage
At the double roundabout, head straight over both
Turn left into "Whitegate Road" (After second set of traffic lights)
First right turning onto St Annes Road

We are the first house on the left hand side.

Terms & Conditions

No allowance can be made for meals not taken, temporary absence, or in the event of the accommodation on being vacated before the expiry date of the booking
Balance of the cost of accommodation shall be payable on arrival

Discounts may be offered throughout the year for midweek breaks and for longer stays subject to availability.
Payment is by cheque, cash or credit card
(All cards carry a 2% booking fee)

A £25.00 Deposit per person secures your accommodation.

A contract is made for the room(s) between the guest(s) and lazy days on the payment of Deposit

• We have to inform you that in the event of a no show or a cancellation, you will be liable by law to pay from two thirds of the overall cost of the accommodation to full price unless the room is re-let. We therefore strongly recommend that you arrange insurance to cover this amount.
